By downloading, accessing, or using the LSP Connect app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

Minors and guardians: the App’s users are all students who are minors (under 18). Use is subject to review and consent by a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the minor’s behalf. Access is granted by the School.

These Terms apply together with the App’s Privacy Policy.

Signing in and confirming acceptance electronically constitutes a legally binding electronic transaction under the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001).

The App provides school-related digital services to authorized users. In its first phase (Phase 1), authorized students sign in through Learn Portal to:

• view basic profile information; and
• view school news, announcements, and updates/newsletter.

The School may add, change, or discontinue features of the App as appropriate. The service is provided by Learn Satit Pattana (LSP).

You sign in only with an existing Learn Portal (Learn ID) identity issued by the School. There is no account registration, creation, or deletion inside the App. Account management is handled through Learn Portal.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for notifying the School promptly of any unauthorized use.

Account changes or deletion follow the process on the Account Deletion page, or by contacting the registrar’s office at 065-518-8476, email academic@lsp.ac.th.

You agree to use the App only for lawful, school-related purposes, and not to:

• access systems or data without authorization, or share your sign-in details with others;
• disrupt, interfere with, hack, or upload malware or harmful code;
• scrape, copy, or use App content without permission;
• use the App to harass, abuse, impersonate others, or infringe others’ rights; or
• reverse engineer or attempt to access the App’s source code.

The School may suspend or limit access to the App for violations of these Terms or of School policy.

The School retains computer traffic data (logs) for at least 90 days, in accordance with the Computer Crime Act (No. 2) B.E. 2560 (2017).

The App and all content, software, trade names, logos, and trademarks are the property of Learn Corporation Public Company Limited.

The School grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit it without written permission.

You acknowledge that the App is provided “as is” and “as available”. The School does not warrant that the App will be error-free or available without interruption.

The School may suspend, limit, or terminate a user’s access to the App if it determines that these Terms have been violated.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, the School is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. The above limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under law, such as liability arising from the School’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The School may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you through the App or the School’s channels. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

If any part of these Terms is held void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
