Accounts in the LSP Connect app are institutional (education) accounts. The School — via the Learn Schools Connect (LSC) platform — creates, manages, and controls the data (data controller). Students and parents do not self-register; they sign in with an identity issued by the School through Learn Portal (analogous to a Managed Apple ID / organization-managed education account).

Because these are institution-managed accounts, letting a minor student unilaterally delete their account and education records could (a) destroy records the School is legally required to retain, and (b) affect the rights of parents/the School as data controller. Deletion is therefore handled via a request to the School — consistent with App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) for organization-managed accounts.

You (or the parent/guardian of a minor student) may request deletion of the account and personal data at any time:

Once the School has verified your request, your personal data in the LSP Connect system is deleted or de-identified, except for records that the School or LSP is legally required to retain — for example, to comply with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and education laws/regulations that require keeping education records. Such records are kept only as required by law.

After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in to or use the app with that account.
